These Holidays are All – In packages that mean every aspect is taken care of.
On each of the 3 available holidays you will have a spacious 1 bedroom apartment.
You will be provided with 3 Healthy Meals daily. Prepared by a very talented chef who understands the need for quality food whilst doing a strenuous training program.
The Daily Training program is designed to push your body to its limits every day. Whilst keeping the training interesting and enjoyable.

This Program is specifically designed to get the results that YOU WANT!! After a consultation with myself we will discuss what you want to achieve. We then design a Fitness Course to help you achieve your Goals.
A High Intensity Group Training Course consisting of 3 – 4 Sessions per day depending on your Fitness Levels. This program is ideal for those who love to train in a Group. It will bring out a huge sense of camaraderie and push you to do things you didn’t think possible.
