The concept of Bootcamp holidays or a Fitness Holiday is simple.
“To break you away from your everyday routine and immerse yourself in exercise and healthy eating.”
Most people cannot do this at home because we are so consumed by everyday life, family, work, bills & every other form of stress and distraction.
There are countless different types of Fitness Holidays or Health Retreats available on the market.
A lot of these focus on you eating very little and doing very gentle, basic training for 5 – 6 hours a day to try and give you spectacular weight loss at the end of the week.
Here at Bootcamp Tenerife we do it differently. The focus is on high intensity exercise that is enjoyable mixed with a healthy eating program that you can easily maintain when you go home.
Our Bootcamp Holidays are a carefully designed Fitness Break on the beautiful island of Tenerife.
You will be free from your everyday distractions to focus purely on yourself.

Fitness holiday schedule
Most of our clients arrive here in Tenerife either Saturday or Sunday.
Whatever day you arrive you will have the weekend to relax. There is a swimming pool at the accommodation or the beach is just a 10 minutes walk away.
Training starts Monday morning 07:30.
The Fitness Program runs Monday to Friday with 3 sessions per day.
These classes are High Intensity so 3 is more than enough…..even for the fittest of people!
Each day you will be finished by 13:00 or 14:00 at the latest.
This means you have all afternoon as down time. Therefore you can sunbathe, enjoy some of Tenerife’s spectacular excursions, go shopping or just sleep!

What type of training?
My background is Martial Arts and specifically Krav Maga.
I believe Martial Arts training is one of the best forms of exercise you can do as it works every muscle in the body creating strength, power and balance. And for this reason fight based training forms a major part of these courses.

07:30 – 08:30 Beach Boot Camp
10:00 – 11:00 Kettle Bells
11:00 – 12:00 Krav Maga (Self Defence Training)
We also do other classes such as Hiit, Pad Work, Boxing / Kickboxing, Circuits, TRX and Yoga.
