I think it’s safe to say that we have all been there, looking to lose a few extra kilos/pounds in as fast and painless way as possible. We have all seen the adverts promising that you can lose a dress size in a week etc etc, and I am sure we’ve all been guilty of trying that approach at least once in our lives.
I have to say that now it’s even easier to get sucked into trying a fad diet, its all over social media. Every time you look at Facebook, pinterest, twitter, in every magazine, even on the television. What we really need to focus on is healthy eating, and regular exercise. Healthy eating does not mean starving yourself, it means eating decent sized portions with a variety of vegetables and fruit in your diet. Alongside the healthy diet we need to exercise regularly.
