HOW DOES IT WORK?
Most of our clients come either saturday to saturday or sunday to sunday.
Whatever day you arrive you have the weekend to relax. There is a swimming pool on the complex or the beach is 10 minutes walk.
Training starts Monday morning 07:30. The Fitness Program runs monday to friday with 3 sessions per day.
These classes are High Intensity so 3 IS ENOUGH…..Even For The Fittest Of People!!
Each day you will be finished by 13:00 or 14:00 at the latest.
This means you have all afternoon as Down Time. Therefore you can sunbathe, enjoy some of Tenerife’s spectacular excursions, go shopping or just sleep!! More info on Local Trips, Excursions, Massages & Treatments available on request.
What Type Of Food Will I Eat?
We are delighted to have teamed up with Chef Chris Phillips from EAT SMART in Tenerife.
Chris is a very experienced Chef who has worked at some of Tenerife’s most popular restaurants. Chris will prepare lunch & dinner and deliver it boxed up to your apartment so you can eat as and when it suits you!
