Steve Coster Fitness Holidays Tenerife

Our training program in Tenerife started with a 6-week fitness bootcamp aimed at residents on the island in 2009.  The concept was to help people lose weight, improve their fitness and feel better about themselves.  This initial program was 1 hour a day, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

After several years of training on La Pinta beach each day, holiday makers out jogging in the morning began to ask if they could join in with the bootcamp classes.  We then opened up the program to holidaymakers who were already coming to the island and staying in local hotels.   We began having regular holiday makers join the group and as a result, we realised that there was a demand for fitness holidays.  So our fitness holiday program was born in 2014.

At Steve Coster Fitness we have spent several years creating the very best fitness holiday on the market. A group training holiday designed to help people kick-start a new fitness routine.

This is a complete Fitness Holiday that will not only help you shed pounds but will help change your approach to living a healthier lifestyle. It does not matter if you are out of shape or unfit. The program is designed in such a way that it is open and suitable for everyone of all fitness levels and abilities.

You will be provided with healthy, calorie-controlled meals ideally matched to the program. The meals are cooked by an expert chef providing you with a varied and tasty selection of food.

Steve Coster

Mi chiamo Steve Coster e vivo nella splendida isola di Tenerife. Da qui gestisco vari tipi di programmi di fitness e di allenamento. Negli ultimi 35 anni ho studiato diverse forme di arti marziali e sistemi di autodifesa. Di conseguenza, credo che l'allenamento con le arti marziali sia assolutamente unico e la migliore forma di esercizio per tutti e mi sono concentrato sulla creazione di programmi di esercizio accessibili e realizzabili.

Il nostro obiettivo è quello di darvi la motivazione per uscire e fare esercizio, indipendentemente dal vostro attuale livello di forma fisica o dalle vostre capacità. Le persone sono più che mai consapevoli dei benefici di uno stile di vita più sano. Il problema per la maggior parte delle persone è la mancanza di motivazione o di interesse per il tipo di esercizio che stanno cercando di fare.

Il mio obiettivo è quindi che l'esercizio fisico sia interessante, accessibile e realizzabile per tutti. Il modo migliore per assicurarsi di seguire un programma di fitness è scegliere qualcosa che ci piace fare.

Lynsey Coster

Lynsey Coster

Lynsey has recently become an integral part of our training team at Steve Coster Fitness, she was one of our first Female Black Belts in Krav Maga and she became an instructor 6 years ago. Lynsey offers PT classes for our guests as well as women only training sessions and specializes in Circuits & HIIT Training. One of her passions is teaching women realistic self defence techniques against violent attacks.  

Paolo Genero

Paulo Team Member

Paolo is an essential part of the Fitness Holiday team, and you will get to meet him during your stay.  He has been training with Steve Coster Fitness since 2016 and is now a fully qualified black belt instructor in Krav Maga/Kapap.  He also has a wide background in Martial Arts, especially Muay Thai, and has trained extensively in Thailand.  Paolo also provides Circuit Training and Calisthenics training.

Craig Philips

Craig is an important part of our team and you will get to meet him during your Fitness Holiday.  Craig has been training with Steve Coster Fitness since 2013 at the Resident Bootcamp and became one of the first long-standing members of the group.  Craig is fully qualified as a personal trainer and has a lot of experience running boot camp sessions and circuit training.

Vanessa Goodman

Vanessa supports us as a certified Yoga Instructor plus certified Sports massage Therapist. Vanessa has been working in the field of physical & mental well-being for many years, continually developing her skills, most recently as a Breathwork Facilitator. In her Massages, Vanessa works with techniques from Sports, Deep tissue, Trigger point and Cupping Massages.
