Tenerife 6 Week Bootcamp for Residents
6 Weeks training Monday to Friday for only €65 per person. Please feel free to come and join in our training during any time during the 6 week course.
This is a 6 week weight loss course that is open to everyone regardless of fitness levels and abilities.
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 07:30 – 08:30 on Playa La Pinta.
Friday morning is Navy Seals Training where we train in the sea with Military style exercises in and out of the water.
These sessions are on the beach training made up of body weight exercises, circuits, sprints and shuttle runs.
Make sure to bring a change of clothes and a towel for after the Navy Seals training session in the sea!
After our energetic morning session we go to a local cafe for a drink afterwards giving you plenty of time to get to know the other resident bootcampers. Everyone is welcoming a great way to relax after the hours beach session.
Tuesday & Thursday is in the gym 08:00 – 09:00 This is high intensity interval training such as circuits and kickboxing / boxing.
This course is a great way to kick start a healthier lifestyle or to get started again for anyone who has done little or no exercise for a while.
The group are friendly and supportive so no one will ever laugh at you or make you feel uncomfortable. In contrast the whole group will help motivate you to do the best that you are capable of.
Exercises vary class to class from Circuit training, Resistence training, Endurance training and Navy Seals (Military based fitness training in the sea).
These classes are designed in such a way that they are suitable for anyone regardless of Age / Weight / or Physical ability……..and they also build a great sense of camaraderie.
Everyone is there to encourage each other and work as a Team which brings out strength and determination most people never knew they had.
