BOOT CAMP is a group FITNESS TRAINING session on the beautiful Puerto Colon Beach in the South of TENERIFE.
There are 2 BOOTCAMP COURSES available :
RESIDENTS OF TENERIFE :
This is a 6 Week FITNESS / WEIGHT LOSS COURSE with one TRAINING SESSION per day. EXCERCISES vary every class from CIRCUIT TRAINING, RESISTANCE TRAINING, ENDURANCE TRAINING and NAVY SEALS TRAINING (MILITARY BASED FITNESS TRAINING in the SEA). These classes are designed in such a way that they are suitable for anyone regardless of age / WEIGHT / or PHYSICAL ABILITY……..and they also build a great sense of camaraderie. Everyone is there to encourage each other and work as a Team which brings out strength and determination Most People Never Knew They Had!!
This is the ideal FITNESS PROGRAM for WEIGHT LOSS even if you’ve never done any form of TRAINING before!!
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 07.30-08.30 BEACH TRAINING (Puerto Colon Beach)
Tuesdays & Thursdays 09.00-10.00 CROSS TRAINING (Krav Maga Gym Island Village)

Custom made TRAINING HOLIDAYS consisting of 3 – 4 TRAINING SESSIONS per day depending on the FITNESS LEVELS of participants.
