    FREE ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING FITNESS COURSE

    In October last year due to having a double hernia operation i was unable to do any sort of TRAINING or PHYSICAL EXERCISE for about 5 months.  Therefore I wanted to create an ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING video of myself trying to get back into shape…. Because i realize how difficult it is to get the Body moving again.  The full Program is now available for anyone to view on Youtube.  Think of it as having your very own PERSONAL TRAINER at home.  As a result of this FITNESS PROGRAM i realize how out of shape i am. First of all, I am Over Weight, have lost all Muscle Definition and also my Breathing is heavy and slow.

     

    It is a step by step, day by day video diary of approximately 10-15 minutes of EXERCISE each day ideal for anyone who has done little or no FITNESS TRAINING.  I am using Martial Arts Based Exercises but in a very gentle and controlled way.  And It is starting off very simple and slowly and building in difficulty and Intensity over the 6 week period.

     

    Most of the EXERCISES will be BODY WEIGHT stuff which means there is virtually no equipment needed so you can do this in the comfort of your own home.  You do not need any Gym Membership or fancy equipment.

    FULL BODY WORKOUT

    The FITNESS PROGRAM gives you a FULL BODY WORKOUT and a complete TRAINING SESSION. Starting with a gentle warm up, then moving into the main workout and finally finishing off with some gentle stretching.

     

     

    Any equipment i am using that you may not have at home will be given an example of something you can use instead.  Eg Instead of a Punchbag you can do Shadow Boxing in front of a mirror. Or instead of a Heavy Bar just use a broom handle…. which will be perfect if you follow the form of the EXERCISE.

     

    There are No Gimmicks to this and i am not trying to sell you anything!! This is a completely FREE ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING COURSE……. Because I know how difficult it is to start TRAINING,  especially when your Fitness Levels are low.  Therefore this will help to Kick Start a New YOU.
