Medan andra faktiskt lurar sig sj\u00e4lva om hur de tr\u00e4nar och vad de \u00e4ter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6vning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att verkligen se resultat m\u00e5ste du pressa dig sj\u00e4lv varje g\u00e5ng du tr\u00e4nar.  Vi ser regelbundet m\u00e4nniskor p\u00e5 gym som sitter p\u00e5 en cykel och l\u00e4ser en bok och sedan ber\u00e4ttar f\u00f6r folk att de tr\u00e4nade i 3 timmar idag.  Du sl\u00f6sar bort din tid.  Tr\u00e4ningen b\u00f6r vara tillr\u00e4ckligt snabb f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 upp hj\u00e4rtfrekvensen.  En bra form av fysisk tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r att garantera resultat \u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.self.com\/story\/what-is-high-intensity-interval-training-benefits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HIIT-tr\u00e4ning<\/a> (h\u00f6gintensiv intervalltr\u00e4ning). Du arbetar dig sedan runt cirkeln och g\u00f6r varje \u00f6vning i 30 sekunder med kanske 30 sekunders vila d\u00e4remellan.  Detta \u00e4r en utm\u00e4rkt tr\u00e4ningsform eftersom den s\u00e4tter kroppen under lite press ... h\u00f6jer din hj\u00e4rtfrekvens och br\u00e4nner fett. Kampbaserad tr\u00e4ning som t.ex. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/sv\/krav-maga-course\/\">Krav Maga<\/a>, MMA eller Muay Thai \u00e4r alla utformade f\u00f6r att skapa fighters som \u00e4r kraftfulla, smala och konditionerade.  Deras stamina och uth\u00e5llighet \u00e4r i klass med n\u00e5gra av de b\u00e4sta idrottsm\u00e4nnen i v\u00e4rlden.  S\u00e5 med samma typ av tr\u00e4ning som pad work, boxning \/ kickboxning, grappling, kettlebells och kretsar \u00e4r du garanterad att g\u00e5 ner i vikt, tona upp och komma i form.  Denna typ av tr\u00e4ning har ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rdelen att l\u00e4ra dig en ny och anv\u00e4ndbar livsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga som sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rsvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00e4lsosam mat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta \u00e4r den del d\u00e4r du m\u00e5ste vara realistisk f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i vikt.  Det \u00e4r h\u00f6gst osannolikt att du kommer att h\u00e5lla dig till en kalorir\u00e4knad, tr\u00e5kig salladsdiet under n\u00e5gon l\u00e4ngre tid.  Om du verkligen t\u00e4nker h\u00e5lla dig till it.... m\u00e5ste det vara en livsstilsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndring... Inte en kortsiktig diet.  \u00c4t regelbundet, till exempel 3 - 4 mindre m\u00e5ltider per dag.  F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att inte \u00e4ta processad mat.
