You&#8217;re training will be pre-arranged for each day and tasty, nutritious will be delivered to your apartment daily.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is a BOOTCAMP?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The term &#8220;<strong>Boot Camp<\/strong>&#8221; comes from the American Military and refers to Basic Training where new recruits are put through extreme and intense <strong>Fitness Training<\/strong>.\u00a0 The idea is to break down the weakest recruits and filter through the strongest. It also served the purpose of building a basic level of Fitness amongst young soldiers that could then be built on\u00a0through intensive exercising and training.\u00a0 <strong>Boot Camp<\/strong> is just about <strong>MENTAL FITNESS<\/strong> as it is about<strong> PHYSICAL FITNESS<\/strong>.\u00a0 Quite often the recruits who done the best were not necessarily the biggest or strongest.\u00a0 It was all about having that &#8220;Never Say Die&#8221; attitude and never giving up.\u00a0 Just keep going&#8230;.one step at a time.<\/p>\n<h3>FITNESS BOOTCAMP<\/h3>\n<p>This concept has now been adapted for civilians or normal people who are looking to get fit in some cases for the very first time.\u00a0 <strong>FITNESS BOOTCAMPS<\/strong> are usually a 6 Week Fitness and Weight Loss Course to help people Get Fit.\u00a0 This is done through a tough Fitness Regime designed to strip weight and then build muscle and stamina.\u00a0 <strong>Bootcamps<\/strong> have become so popular that some people are now even looking to do it as a Holiday or Vacation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/fr\/boot-camp-holidays\/\">Boot Camp Holiday?<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>So the<strong> Bootcamp Holiday<\/strong> is born!!\u00a0 The above concept was taken and then created into a highly organised Week long Program Every day you will be put through your paces but in a fun and motivational way.\u00a0 You will feel the camaraderie from those around you who are also trying to improve their lives.\u00a0 And every day you will be pushed to your limit&#8230;. physically and mentally.\u00a0 There are on average three or four Training Sessions per day all of which will be varied.\u00a0 The sessions are specially designed to be a combination of High Intensity Fat Burner, Strength and Toning Classes.\u00a0 Muscle building sessions and finishing with Stretching or relaxation training.\u00a0 All of these are tough and you will feel shattered after every one!!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Don&#8217;t Be Scared<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>But don&#8217;t be scared&#8230;. this is an excellent feeling.\u00a0 And we can guarantee you will feel better and better every day.\u00a0 There is something peaceful about being physically driven to your maximum point.\u00a0 Afterwards there is no energy for negative thoughts and pointless chattering in your mind.\u00a0 You will feel surprisingly serene and your everyday worries about bills and work will be gone!!\u00a0 Probably the biggest result or improvement our clients feel after a <strong>Weight Loss Bootcamp<\/strong> is the calming sensation or their Mental Well Being.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What Type of Training Is Done On FITNESS HOLIDAYS?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is important to have a wide range of exercises and training programs. \u00a0Firstly to keep it interesting but also to continually \u201cshock\u201d the body and each muscle group. \u00a0If you continually do the same exercise your body will become accustomed to it.\u00a0 Eventually you will hit a \u201cpeak\u201d or \u201cplateau\u201d which means you will stop seeing change. \u00a0On a <strong>Fitness Holiday<\/strong> or <strong>Bootcamp Holiday<\/strong> we use Programs such as Beach <strong>Bootcamp Classes<\/strong> where most of the work is \u201cbody weight exercises\u201d.\u00a0 An example of this is push ups, squats &amp; Press ups &amp; sit ups in the sea with the waves breaking over your head. This is an excellent form of training as it makes breathing and timing your most important ally. \u00a0As part of <strong>Bootcamp Training<\/strong> we also do <strong>Cross Training<\/strong> or <strong>Circuit Training<\/strong> in the Gym.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What Is Circuit Training?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Circuit Training<\/strong> can incorporate a massive selection of exercises such as kettebells, medicine balls and body weight exercises&#8230;..but done for a short burst of time. \u00a0This is an example of <strong>Entra\u00eenement par intervalles de haute intensit\u00e9<\/strong> or <strong>HIIT.<\/strong> \u00a0Each exercise or station is done fast and intense for 30 seconds (or more depending on Fitness Levels). Usually there would be a short rest period of 15 or 30 seconds before moving on to the next station. \u00a0<strong>Circuit Training<\/strong> is excellent for all muscle groups, breathing, stamina and cardiovascular workouts.\u00a0 These High Intensity Training sessions are the perfect example of &#8220;Fat Burning&#8221; you won&#8217;t be alone!!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What Dates Are Available For<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/fr\/boot-camp-holidays\/\"> Fitness Holidays or Bootcamps Abroad?<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Most <strong>Boot Camp Holiday Abroad Courses<\/strong> run on specific dates throughout the year.\u00a0 This is great if you have a flexible job or a very friendly boss who lets you go whenever you want.\u00a0 The reality for most people though is that the can only get away at certain times of year.\u00a0 Here at <strong>Boot Camp Tenerife<\/strong> i run<strong> Fitness Bootcamps<\/strong> all year round for people who live on the Island.\u00a0 This means that no matter what time of year you want to come for a <strong>Training Holiday<\/strong> i can accommodate you.\u00a0 For example if you have 1 week off work say the beginning of November.\u00a0 Just message me and give me the dates that suit you and i can arrange the <strong>Fitness Break<\/strong> to suit you.\u00a0 We are one of the only<strong> Fitness Holiday Companies<\/strong> who can offer you this facility.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is the Daily Timetable for my Fitness Holiday?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The daily <strong>Training Program<\/strong> for a<strong> Boot Camp Holiday<\/strong> can vary but here is an example :<\/p>\n<p>Monday<\/p>\n<p>07:30 &#8211; 08:30 <strong>Beach Boot Camp<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A high intensity workout on Playa La Pinta in Costa Adeje.\u00a0 The session involves a warm up then moving onto fast paced body weight workouts.\u00a0 Quite often we do resistance training using ropes and pulling you partner back as they try to sprint.\u00a0 This is an absolute killer on the legs.\u00a0 But is excellent cardiovascular training and massively increases lung capacity.\u00a0 We also do training with sand bags.\u00a0 Filling sacks with anywhere between 5 to 20 kilos of dry sand is another military based workout.\u00a0 This improves both muscular resistance as well as creating power and endurance.\u00a0 On a friday morning we do Navy Seals Training in the sea.\u00a0 This completely changes the Beach workout.\u00a0 Making some exercises easier in the water whilst making others much more difficult.<\/p>\n<p>10:00 &#8211; 11:00 <strong>Travail du tampon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This session is a cross between<strong> Boxing<\/strong> and <strong>Kick Boxing<\/strong>.\u00a0 Again High Intensity but with the added benefit of teaching useful self defence techniques which can be applied in a real attack.\u00a0 Most of this session is done in 2 or 3 minute rounds at a very high pace increasing the heart rate greatly.\u00a0 These classes are excellent for burning fat and an average session can burn 800 to 1000 calories.<\/p>\n<p>11:00 &#8211; 12:00 <strong>Kettle bells<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kettle bell training is on the the best forms of physical exercise as it works every single muscle in the body.\u00a0 The benefit of this rather than weight lifting is that the muscles all work together as one unit.\u00a0 Rather then training the muscles individually.\u00a0 This may look good and give the person a &#8220;Huge&#8221; look but quite often lacks Functional Force.<\/p>\n<p>This is an example of 1 day of Training during a <strong>Fitness Break<\/strong>.\u00a0 But there are also many more classes that we use.<\/p>\n<p>eg<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRX<\/strong> &#8211; These are exactly what they sound like and a simple piece of equipment.\u00a0 A rubber band that comes in various strengths and lengths.\u00a0 These can be used for static exercises such as standing on the band and pulling it up to work the biceps.\u00a0 These exercises can be done at all different angles to focus on specific muscles.\u00a0 The important factor here is to keep tension on the band at all times.\u00a0 By doing this the muscles are kept tensed which gives them a great workout without lifting huge weights.\u00a0 These are low impact and are perfect for people with injuries or pulls in certain muscle groups.\u00a0 The resistance bands can also be used for <strong>High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)<\/strong>.\u00a0 Eg one person puts the band round their waist and has to get to the punch bag and hit it.\u00a0 All the time the other person is trying to pull them backwards.\u00a0 This is a great form of training for Fighters as it increases stamina.\u00a0 It also replicates the High Intensity of a fight and the draining effect of someone pulling or holding you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/9543ca86-8142-4039-ba23-cac21a6b2744-169x300.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3565\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/9543ca86-8142-4039-ba23-cac21a6b2744-169x300-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"Resistance Bands\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Static Exercises<\/strong> &#8211;
