Ty\u00f6skentelemme ja koulutamme jatkuvasti varmistaaksemme, ett\u00e4 heid\u00e4n tasonsa ovat riitt\u00e4v\u00e4n korkeat, jotta heid\u00e4t voidaan luokitella Krav Maga -j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aloitamme kokeen fyysisell\u00e4 kunnolla, sill\u00e4 se on olennainen osa Krav Maga -koulutusta.  Koska kyseess\u00e4 on sotilaallinen itsepuolustusj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4, on v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4t\u00f6nt\u00e4, ett\u00e4 kaikilla lapsilla on hyv\u00e4 kunto. Aloitamme 1 vastaan 1 -sparrauksella, jossa k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n ly\u00f6ntej\u00e4, potkuja ja polvia.  Sitten siirryt\u00e4\u00e4n useamman hy\u00f6kk\u00e4\u00e4j\u00e4n otteluun, kuten 2 vastaan 1. T\u00e4m\u00e4 on erityisen pelottavaa monille lapsille ensimm\u00e4isell\u00e4 kerralla, koska se aiheuttaa voimakkaan pelkoreaktion.  Vaikka t\u00e4m\u00e4 voi tuntua monista hieman raa'alta tai kauhistuttavalta, uskomme, ett\u00e4 se on olennainen osa harjoittelua.  Nyky\u00e4\u00e4n useimmissa katuhy\u00f6kk\u00e4yksiss\u00e4 ei ole vain yksi hy\u00f6kk\u00e4\u00e4j\u00e4...., vaan usein hy\u00f6kk\u00e4\u00e4ji\u00e4 voi olla kaksi tai kolme tai jopa jengi yhdess\u00e4.  Siksi harjoittelemalla t\u00e4ll\u00e4 tavalla lapsi saa taistelumahdollisuuden, jos h\u00e4n joskus joutuu t\u00e4llaiseen tilanteeseen.
