Wir arbeiten und trainieren kontinuierlich, um sicherzustellen, dass ihre Standards hoch genug sind, um im Krav Maga System eingestuft zu werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir beginnen die Pr\u00fcfung mit k\u00f6rperlicher Fitness, da dies ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Krav Maga Trainings ist.  Da es sich um ein milit\u00e4risch orientiertes Selbstverteidigungssystem handelt, ist es unerl\u00e4sslich, dass alle Kinder ein gutes Fitnessniveau haben. Dies wurde alles als Polsterarbeit durchgef\u00fchrt, um zu zeigen, dass sie in der Lage sind, verschiedene Arten von Kombinationen zusammenzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selbstverteidigungstechniken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/img_4426.jpg\" alt=\"Kinder Krav Maga Pr\u00fcfung\" class=\"wp-image-6091\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/img_4426.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/img_4426-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/img_4426-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.stevecosterfitness.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/img_4426-600x450.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nachdem, welchen G\u00fcrtel die Kinder nehmen, m\u00fcssen sie wissen, wie sie mit verschiedenen Arten von Angriffen umgehen m\u00fcssen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Abwehr von 2 direkten Schl\u00e4gen<\/li><li>Angriffe von einem Haken aus<\/li><li>Umgang mit Greifen und W\u00fcrgen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sparring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der letzte Teil der Pr\u00fcfung war Sparring, eine der wichtigsten Komponenten im Krav Maga Training.  Wir beginnen mit 1 gegen 1 Sparring mit Schl\u00e4gen, Tritten und Knien.  Dann gehen wir zu mehreren Angreifern \u00fcber, z. B. 2 gegen 1. Dies ist f\u00fcr viele Kinder beim ersten Mal besonders be\u00e4ngstigend, da es eine intensive Angstreaktion ausl\u00f6st.  Auch wenn dies vielen etwas brutal oder schrecklich vorkommen mag, glauben wir, dass es ein wesentlicher Teil des Trainings ist.  Heutzutage werden die meisten Angriffe auf der Stra\u00dfe nicht mehr nur von einem Angreifer.... durchgef\u00fchrt, sondern oft von 2 oder 3 Angreifern oder sogar von einer Bande gemeinsam.  Durch dieses Training hat das Kind eine Chance zu k\u00e4mpfen, falls es jemals in eine solche Situation kommen sollte.
