Because i realize how difficult it is to get the Body moving again. \u00a0The full Program is now available for anyone to view on Youtube. \u00a0Think of it as having your very own <em><strong>PERSONAL TRAINER<\/strong><\/em> at home. \u00a0As a result of this <em><strong>FITNESS PROGRAM<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0i realize how out of shape i am. First of all, I am<em><strong> Over Weight,<\/strong><\/em> have lost all <em><strong>Muscle Definition<\/strong><\/em> and also my Breathing is heavy and slow.<\/p>\n<p>It is a step by step, day by day video diary of approximately 10-15 minutes of<em><strong> EXERCISE<\/strong><\/em> each day ideal for anyone who has done little or no<em><strong> FITNESS TRAINING<\/strong><\/em>. \u00a0I am using <em><strong>Martial Arts<\/strong><\/em> Based <em><strong>Exercises<\/strong><\/em> but in a very gentle and controlled way. \u00a0And It is starting off very simple and slowly and building in difficulty and Intensity over the 6 week period.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the <em><strong>EXERCISES<\/strong> <\/em>will be <em><strong>BODY WEIGHT<\/strong><\/em> stuff which means there is virtually no equipment needed so you can do this in the comfort of your own home. \u00a0You do not need any Gym Membership or fancy equipment.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><em><strong>FULL BODY WORKOUT<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>The <em><strong>FITNESS\u00a0PROGRAM<\/strong><\/em> gives you a<em><strong> FULL BODY WORKOUT<\/strong><\/em> and a complete <em>TRAINING SESSION.<\/em> Starting with a gentle warm up, then moving into the main workout and finally finishing off with some gentle stretching.<\/p>\n<p>Any equipment i am using that you may not have at home will be given an example of something you can use instead. \u00a0Eg Instead of a Punchbag you can do <em><strong>Shadow Boxing<\/strong> <\/em>in front of a mirror. Or instead of a Heavy Bar just use a broom handle&#8230;. which will be perfect if you follow the form of the<em><strong> EXERCISE<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>There are No Gimmicks to this and i am not trying to sell you anything!!
