Sure, exercise can improve your physical health and your physique.<\/p>\n<p>People who take part in exercise regularly do so because it gives them an enormous sense of well-being. They feel more energetic, sleep better and feel more relaxed and positive.<\/p>\n<p>Regular exercise can have a positive impact on depression, anxiety, and more.<\/p>\n<p>To gain the benefits of exercise you don\u2019t have to be a fitness fanatic. Research indicates that modest amounts of exercise can make a difference.
