BOOTCAMP FOR RESIDENTS
This is a 6 Week FITNESS / WEIGHT LOSS COURSE with one TRAINING SESSION per day.
EXCERCISES vary every class from CIRCUIT TRAINING, RESISTANCE TRAINING, ENDURANCE TRAINING and NAVY SEALS TRAINING (MILITARY BASED FITNESS TRAINING in the SEA).
These classes are designed in such a way that they are suitable for anyone regardless of age / WEIGHT / or PHYSICAL ABILITY……..and they also build a great sense of camaraderie.
Everyone is there to encourage each other and work as a Team which brings out strength and determination Most People Never Knew They Had!!
