BOOTCAMP is a Group FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM on the beautiful Puerto Colon beach in the south of TENERIFE.
The Phrase “Boot Camp” comes from the American Military. It is a Tough, Intensive Fitness Program designed to make recruits FIT, STRONG and ready for Military Service. This concept has now transferred over to Civilians or Normal people who want to Get In Shape or Lose Weight but don’t like the idea of going to a Gym or running on a running machine.
At Boot Camp Tenerife we pride ourselves on making the Training Interesting and Diverse but still challenging and rewarding to everyone.

This is the ideal FITNESS PROGRAM for WEIGHT LOSS even if you’ve never done any form of TRAINING before!!
1 or 2 Week Holidays in Tenerife with a daily Intensive Fitness Program, Healthy Meals & Down Time to enjoy this beautiful Island.
BOOTCAMP FOR RESIDENTS
This is a 6 Week FITNESS / WEIGHT LOSS COURSE with one TRAINING SESSION per day.
EXCERCISES vary every class from CIRCUIT TRAINING, RESISTANCE TRAINING, ENDURANCE TRAINING and NAVY SEALS TRAINING (MILITARY BASED FITNESS TRAINING in the SEA).
These classes are designed in such a way that they are suitable for anyone regardless of Age / WEIGHT / or PHYSICAL ABILITY……..and they also build a great sense of camaraderie.
Everyone is there to encourage each other and work as a Team which brings out strength and determination Most People Never Knew They Had!!
